Your patient does the week
Cento walks them through the BP Check-Up at home. Two readings, one minute apart, twice a day, for seven days. Rest timed, posture checked, every session coached.
Cento walks your patient through a proper seven day week, checks the device and the cuff, and scores the conditions around every reading. Your patient walks in with a week you can actually read.
Out of office measurement is now expected before a hypertension diagnosis is confirmed or treatment is started. The evidence is settled. The delivery is not. Most patients arrive with a handful of numbers taken at unknown times on an unvalidated device. There is no way to tell a real pattern from a noisy one.

The workflow
Cento carries the protocol, the checks and the record. You carry the judgement.
Cento walks them through the BP Check-Up at home. Two readings, one minute apart, twice a day, for seven days. Rest timed, posture checked, every session coached.
The monitor is checked against the AMA validated device listing and STRIDE BP. The cuff is matched to a measured arm. Every reading carries a confidence score and the conditions it was taken under.
A structured seven day record, ready to read. What each reading is worth is on the page. What it means for your patient is yours to decide.
Every case arrives ready to read. The work of checking how it was gathered is already done.
Review structured seven day weeks from people who already did the hard part. You see at a glance how much of the pattern is real.
We are building this now. Enrol patients you already see. Set them on the 722 protocol. Watch the week come in without a single phone call, with the people who need a conversation surfaced ahead of the people who do not.

What Cento does not do
Questions
You do. Cento is the technology layer. It coaches the protocol, verifies the equipment and structures the record. Every decision about the patient stays with the physician.
A structured seven day record. Protocol adherence, device validation, cuff fit and a confidence score on every reading, with the conditions each one was taken under.
Any validated upper arm monitor works. Cento checks it against the AMA validated device listing and STRIDE BP before the week starts, and the record says so when a device is not listed.
Clinical records are held separately from everything else, encrypted in transit and at rest. Readings are never used for advertising. Patients can delete their account and their data themselves, whenever they choose.
Licensed physicians and allied health professionals. Licensure is jurisdictional, so the form asks where you practise. Tell us your situation and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Six short questions. We reply to every one, usually within one working day.
Tell us how you practise and what interests you. A real person reads every message and replies, usually within one working day.
